2AFDA669-E7EF-41EE-A05B-D0BB8D2AABF9We practice and teach the 108 move Yang style Tai Chi set as originally modified and taught by Master Moy Lin-Shin, 1931-1988.
We also learn and practice unique, specialised sets of moves devised to improve balance, flexibility, empty stepping, memory and focus, these are often based on the original set.

We place particular emphasis on full extension, posture and stretching, to enable us to gain maximum physical and mental benefits, such as improved balance and muscle tone as well as calmness of mind.

 I firmly believe that you should also enjoy the sessions and have fun as well as practicing an ancient art, our classes are non judgemental and not based upon grades or hierarchy, we are a totally independant school of Tai Chi and are not affiliated with any other group or organisation.

 Our Classes are open to everyone from the age of 18, whatever your ability or previous knowledge, you are never too old to start to learn a new life skill.
