108 Move Set

This set was devised and passed to us by Master Moy Lin Shin.

It focuses on stretching, balance, calmness and equilibrium.

We are all beginners when we practice any form of Tai Chi and are continually learning and improving. My Tai Chi has evolved through the years and the emphasis is on enjoyment, physical and mental wellbeing and a sense of community.

Tai Chi should have no boundaries and can be enjoyed by everyone.
