We recently celebrated the 90th birthday of one of our members with presents and a Yin Yang themed cake. Jean has been a member of Inner Balance for over 2 years and regularly attends with her daughter Yvonne. Jean is always cheerful and active within the class and can still touch her toes! 

 

 

 

Each year we produce a new T shirt to celebrate the Chinese New Year, up to nine and counting!
